Gift Aid Declaration
If you are a UK Taxpayer you can add Gift Aid to your giving. Gift Aid is a government initiative, where the basic rate of tax you have already paid on your giving is relinquished to the charitable organisation to which you are giving.
For instance, for every £1 you give, Shiloh Tabernacle will receive £1.25.
If you wish to increase your giving in this manner, please kindly complete the form below or visit the reception desk on Sunday and ask for a Gift Aid Form

IN THE FUTURE
I confirm I have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for each tax year (6th April to 5th April) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all the Charities or Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCs) that I donate to will reclaim on my gifts for that tax year.
I understand that other taxes such as VAT and Council Tax do not qualify.
I understand the charity reclaim 0.25p of tax on every £1.00 that I give on or after 6th April 2008.
